How Do I set up my voicemail?
Simply press and hold the 1 key down until it calls into the system. Follow the prompts and do not hang up till the voice says that you have successfully set up the voicemail.
How do I check my minute usage?
Dial #646# and press send. The phone will connect into the network and display your usage. This will only tell you the minutes that you are billed against. Your usage during your unlimited pools of minutes will not be shown.
How do I check my text usage?
Dial #674# and press send. The phone will display how many used and how many are remaining.
How do I check the balance on my account?
Dial #225# and press send. The phone will display your balance on the screen.
I need to change my rate plan. How do I do this?
You have several options. 1st, you can come into your local Get Wireless Store and we would be happy to make the change for you. 2nd, you can call into customer service (611 off your T-Mobile phone or 800-937-8997 on any other phone), or you can log into

and make basic changes.
What are my options to pay my bill?
We take cash bill payments at any of our Get Wireless locations or you can log into
www.t-mobile.com
and pay with any major credit card. Customer care can take payment via credit card or check over the phone. You can also set up an autopay option or mail in a check or money order to T-Mobile with the envelope included with your bill.
